H.S. Ayoub-
I don't expect huge gains on Zingo's approval and the beginning of sales, but I expect some appreciation. Best case in the short term is that a partner shows up with a milestone. More likely, the company gets approval, starts to build sales, and produces enough to move 4975 forward towards partnering. A successful Zingo lauch doesn't rocket the company to the moon, but it provides the foundation for future. This won't be a billion dollar company thanks to Zingo, but I think the stock could be in the double digits once sales start coming in.
Regarding KOOL, it looks quite interesting. I really like the medical device space and will either include it in this series, or followup with another series on it.
I find your blog informative and look forward to your future picks.

I agree with your rules for investing in biotech, but I do have a little problem with your first pick ANSV.

It seems like a relatively safe bet. Of course I say 'safe' relative to biotech stocks. But really, how much excitement do you think approval of Zingo will create with investors?

In other words, do you think the stock will see large gains if the news is positive, or is the approval of Zingo already priced in to the current stock price?

My first pick since starting BioHealth Investor is KOOL. It's more a medical stock rather than biotech, but let me know what you think. It is the latest post on the BHI homepage.

thanks, and I will follow your next choices.
